Offline Ordering

AM to 6:00 PM EST, Sunday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and we will be
glad to take your order over the phone, or send to
us by mail.
Sorry, we do not ship COD orders.

Shipping:
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed.
Delivery can take anywhere from two to ten working days,
depending on your location and the shipping method you select.
Excluded from this time window are any packages that must be
sent via a shipper other than UPS.
Domestic:
We use UPS for all domestic shipments. Shipping charges are
calculated automatically before order is placed. If you live in
South Carolina 7% sales tax will be added to your order. All
shipments are insured when shipped by UPS.
Next Day Shipping:
Your order will be shipped the next business day for delivery
the following business day. To qualify for next day delivery,
your order must be placed and your credit card authorized by 11
am EST. We cannot offer Next Day Shipping during weekends or
holidays.
Second Day Air Shipping:
Your order will be shipped the next business day for scheduled
delivery in two business days. To qualify for Second Day Air
Shipping, your order must be placed and your credit card
authorized by 11 am EST. We cannot offer Second Day Air Shipping
during weekends or holidays.
Standard UPS Ground Delivery:
Your order will be shipped next business day for scheduled
delivery in seven to ten business days (not including
holidays and weekends). To qualify for scheduled delivery,
your order must be placed and your credit card authorized by
11 am EST.
International:
When the delivery address is entered, shipping charges are
calculated automatically before order is placed. We use IBC
(International Bonded Couriers) and USPS for all
international orders. If you prefer other shipping method
please contact us. All shipments by USPS and IBC are insured
at no extra cost. We must have a phone and/or a fax before
we can ship your order. Duty and other import taxes are not

choose to pay by wire transfers, you will be advised of
actual shipping charges. We will evaluate your order by
weight and determine the most economical method of shipment.
We do not ship rods, outriggers and bulk items overseas.

Refunds
We will accept returns on any merchandise that does not meet your
approval within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must include a copy of
invoice or packing slip. All returned items must be in new condition
with all accessories and in original carton. Shipping charges are
non-refundable. We will honor the manufacturer's warranties on all
products.
Security
Our on line ordering system is as secure as it can be made to be. We
will not store your information electronically where it could be stolen.
We will never disclose any personal information to any other party
except to clear your credit card. No personal information will ever be
sold or rented to any other party.
